You might be wondering. And, truth be told, so am I.
My initial intention for ITT40 was to inspire others by sharing my struggles to overcome fear, anxiety, trauma, and chronic illness, as well as tips on self care, healthy eating, and living a fab life despite these annoying setbacks. Since travel is one of my absolute favorite things to do, I knew there would be a lot of that, too. And somehow it would all tie into a heart-centered coaching practice.
Over the past few weeks I noticed, as I learn more about myself and my truth, the site changes. For example, my yoga practice has me feeling stronger (physically and emotionally) than I’ve ever felt in my life. Because of this, I see myself moving away from “mushy gushy” vulnerability and worrying whether I will be accepted in this new space to deep-rooted strength and, in Mark Manson’s words, not giving a f*ck if I am or if I’m not.
That said, is ITT40 a travel blog? A healthy lifestyle blog? Or is it more a “Deep thoughts by Jack Handey” kinda thing? It’s like an unplanned road trip–not sure of the final destination, and all about the journey. I invite you to join me on this journey. As I evolve, so does it.
No matter what I end up blogging about, I promise to always provide humor and intellectual stimulation.
As I continue to channel Mark Manson and work on writing some thought-provoking articles and my first two books, I’d love to hear about your evolution. Feel free to post in comments, or email me directly.
