I know what you guys are thinking—I’ve dropped the ball on you, when the reality of it is, I need more time in the day…and more energy to use that time. Not only that, when I do have the time and energy to set up an automatic blog post, WordPress seems to always screw up the timing and somehow publishes an old draft, instead of the final version. Something I’ll need to look into when I have the time. Oh, the irony.
Anyway, yesterday was my first day back on a strict gluten/dairy/corn/corn products/soy/refined sugar free and anti-inflammatory regimen basically since our trip to Italy in September. This could very well explain today’s sarcastic mood. I’ve been deviating way too frequently recently, and it’s caught up with me once again. I feel compelled to say, however, that I do notice a major difference when I’m consistent with this regimen, and that noticeable difference includes a higher level of energy and, seemingly, more time in the day.
If you guys are interested in hearing more about this nutritional lifestyle, please let me know. I started out posting more about it, but then transitioned to writing more about emotional stuff—which I will certainly continue to do—but I think the nutritional stuff plays a significant role in our emotional wellbeing, so it might be worth touching upon here and there.
Now, as I go finish my ‘Type A’ smoothie, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the above.
Until next time…
Namaste centered. Even when you can’t have the chocolate brownie that’s calling your name.
