Michele’s journey has been as powerful as it has been unexpected. A survivor of trauma and of cancer, her path led her to yoga and journaling as a form of self-healing. An empath, Michele has always found that she feels the emotions of others as if they are her own. Until she began to teach, she wasn’t sure how she could channel this intuition to benefit others, but through the development of her practice, she has been able to help her clients connect their bodies and spirits to heal.
A certified yoga instructor with more than 300 training hours, she has a daily practice of gentle/restorative, yin, slow flow, and vinyasa, and has additional certifications in Yoga Nidra, as well as the teaching of yoga to children and children with developmental disabilities.
