Sorry I missed you guys this Tuesday. I wasn’t out trick-or-treating or anything like that. I was actually at home, processing the latest act of terror, and self-soothing by stuffing myself to the max with homemade paleo pumpkin bread.
Prior to and pretty much since my trip to Omega, things have been a little crazy around here. So I decided to take a few mental health days in order to recoup.
Today, I head up to Manchester, Vermont for a four-day yoga retreat. No, I don’t do retreats every other weekend. In fact, Omega was my first ever self care retreat, and Heal Your Heart (to be led by the amazing Erica Stanzione) will be my very first yoga retreat. Coincidentally, both retreats were scheduled for when I needed them the most and, for that, I am so grateful.
Not only will I do some further self-healing this weekend, but I am super excited to share everything I learn—and have learned at Omega—with clients upon my return.
In the meantime, I bid you a temporary adieu.
